Ray began his 32 years in financial services as a Retirement Plan Specialist at MFS in Boston, and focused on expanding 401K services & implementation. He then grew his investment and fiduciary expertise at Putnam Investments educating institutional clients in New England from 1995 through 2002. Recognizing the appetite for disciplined risk management and guaranteed protection strategies, he worked with ING Group during the next seven years. In 2009, Ray joined the Wealth Management division of Chittendon Securities to work with individuals, families and small businesses, offering all aspects of investments and insurance. He dedicated 10 years of guidance in financial planning, retirement income strategies, and insurance as Registered Investment Advisor/Broker for People’s Securities, Inc.

From 2019 to 2023, Ray moved to a local independent Registered Investment Advisor firm Estate Planners of New England, where he continued working with his valued clients, while expanding capabilities for them in both insurance and investment solutions.

Today, he is the owner/principal of Odiorne Point Asset Management, LLC providing discipline asset allocation, a well-articulated process, and decisions driven by Macro-Micro Portfolio Architecture™ in Fiduciary Practice since April of 2023, offering a team approach in client service, research, and portfolio design that is customized for each family.

Jeff began his investment career in 1996 as a broker at Prudential Securities. He developed a fiduciary practice in 1997, focusing on defined contribution plans such as 401k, 403b, and 457 plans, while also handling select individual advisory accounts. Jeff saw how herd mentality and institutional inertia and constraints led much of the industry to employ under performing allocation models. As a fiduciary, he was obligated to do better. He became absorbed in the analytics of what did and did not work in in asset allocation. He understood early on that a well-articulated, data-driven process was essential for managing wealth. Without one, the financial advisor was left to follow the herd into mediocrity or worse. By the late 1990s, Jeff had developed his own investment strategy and process, with its innovative Macro-Micro Portfolio Architecture™. It guided his fiduciary practice.

Gregory is a fiduciary with over 30 years experience in the Financial Industry. He is a co-author of The Informed Fed, a book on Federal Benefits. He is the past owner of two Financial Firms and former Senior National Sales Director with Citigroup. Along with being a CFP®, and a ChFEBCSM, Greg holds other multiple financial designations. Greg and his wife Elaine have six children and five grandchildren who live across the United States. Greg's interests include hiking, traveling, reading and sports. Greg is a member of Our Lady of Light Parish and contributes to charities dedicated to feeding the poor.
